Allt efni á vefsvæðinu nýtur höfundaréttarverndar og er í eigu Fjölskyldulands eða eftir atvikum einkaréttarverndar að því marki sem það er ekki undanskilið slíkri vernd með lögum. Notendum vefkerfisins er með öllu óheimilt að breyta, birta, endurnýta, afrita, gefa út, selja eða veita aðgang að því efni sem finna má á vefsíðunni eða hagnýta sér það með nokkrum öðrum sambærilegum hætti.
Til efnis á vefsvæðinu teljast m.a áætlanir, myndbönd, skrár, töflur, eyðublöð, gagnagrunnar og hvaðeina annað sem finna má á vefsvæðinu sbr. m.a. 50.gr. Höfundalaga nr. 73/1973.
Allar upplýsingar sem látnar eru í té á vefsíðunni „eins og þær koma fyrir“ án nokkurrar ábyrgðar, beinnar eða óbeinnar. Fjölskylduland. ber ekki undir neinum kringumstæðum ábyrgð á nákvæmni eða áreiðanleika þeirra upplýsinga sem finna má á vefsíðunni hvort sem þær frá félaginu sjálfu eða öðrum. Fjölskylduland ber ekki undir neinum kringumstæðum ábyrgð á tapi eða skaða sem rekja má til þess að notandi byggir á upplýsingum sem aflað er á þessari vefsíðu. Það er á ábyrgð notanda að meta nákvæmni, heildstæðni eða notagildi hvers kyns upplýsinga sem fást á vefsíðunni. Fjölskylduland setur upplýsingar fram eins og þær koma fyrir á hverjum tíma.
Fjölskylduland undanþiggur sig sérstaklega hvers kyns bótaábyrgð (hvort sem hún er innan samninga eða utan, hlutlæg bótaábyrgð eða annars konar ábyrgð) á hvers kyns beinu, óbeinu, tilfallandi, afleiddu, eða sérstöku tjóni sem komið er til eða á einhvern hátt tengt notkun vefsíðunnar. Félagið ber ekki í neinum tilvikum ábyrgð á tjóni sem rekja má til þess að ekki er hægt að nota vefinn, í skemmri eða lengri tíma.
Þátttakandi á námskeiði og/eða leikvelli sækir og nýtir þjónustuna á eigin ábyrgð. Þátttakandi fullyrðir með samþykki á skilmálum þessum að honum og barni/börnum á hans vegum sé óhætt að stunda heilsueflingu og að engin sérstök hætta sé búin af því heilsufarslega. Þátttakandi nýtir upplýsingar á eigin ábyrgð og firrir Fjölskyluand allri ábyrgð á hugsanlegum meiðslum, veikindum eða slysum sem kunna að koma fyrir.
Það er alfarið á ábyrgð þáttakenda/foreldra/umsjónaraðila barna að taka ábyrgð á börnum á þeirra vegum á leikvsvæði Fjölskyldulands. Fjölskylduland útvegar ekki undir neinum kringumstæðum ábyrgðaraðila eða umsjónaraðila barns/barna. Starfsfólk Fjölskyldulands er einungis á svæðinu til að leiðsinna skráðum þátttakendum en ekki börnum þeirra eða börnum í þeirra umsjón. Börn mega ekki undir nokkrum kringumstæðum vera skilin eftir ein í Fjölskyldulandi, umsjónaraðilar og foreldrar þurfa að vera með þeim öllum stundum og vakta börnin allan þann tíma sem þau eru að leik í Fjölskyldulandi.
Félagið ber ekki ábyrgð á röskunum sem kunna að verða á virkni vefsvæða vegna óviðráðanlegra atvika (force majeur) svo sem náttúruhamfara, styrjalda eða verkfalla.
Fjölskylduland áskilur sér rétt til að endurskoða og breyta skilmálum þessum hvenær sem er og án fyrirvara. Endurskoðaðir skilmálar munu birtast á vefsíðunni og ber notanda að kynna sér þá reglulega. Notkun vefsíðunnar jafngildir samþykki þeirra skilmála sem í gildi eru hverju sinni.
Hafi Fjölskyldan rökstuddan grun um að notandi hafi brotið gegn skilmálum þessum áskilur félagið sér rétt til þess að grípa til þeirra úrræða sem lög, reglur og skilmálar þessir heimila, þ.m.t loka fyrir aðgang tiltekins netfangs og eða notanda að vefsíðunni, án fyrirvara, tímabundið eða ótímabundið.
Notendur að Fjölskyldulandi (leikvöllur eða önnur svæði) skulu samkvæmt skilmálum þessum skulu auðkenna sig með aðgangskorti eða netfangi og lykilorði, sem þeim hefur verið úthlutað eða þeir sjálfir valið. Þetta á við um innskráningu inn í Fjölskylduland, við innskráningu inn í námskeiðakerfi eða við kaup/endurnýjun á aðgangskorti í Fjölskylduland.
Aðgangur að svæðum á vefsíðunni sem kunna að vera vernduð með lykilorði er einungis heimill þeim sem fengið hafa úthlutað lykilorði til aðgangs að viðkomandi vefsíðu, það sama á við um alla notkun aðgangsins.
Skilgreindur aðgangur hvers og eins notanda er persónulegur og er notendum með öllu óheimilt að láta öðrum aðilum aðganginn í té eða veita öðrum nokkurs konar heimild til þess að hagnýta sér með hvers konar hætti aðgang þeirra að og þau gögn og upplýsingar sem þar er að finna. Brjóti notendur gegn þessu banni mun Fjölskylduland gera notanda viðvart og loka fyrir aðgang þeirra notenda, eftir atvikum að undangenginni áminningu, án þess að það hafi áhrif á greiðsluskyldu notanda fyrir aðgang sinn.
Notandi ber fulla ábyrgð á öllum þeim aðgerðum sem framkvæmdar eru með hans aðgangskorti eða aðgangi og lykilorði hvort sem þær eru framkvæmdar af honum sjálfum eða öðrum og hvort sem það er með leyfi hans eða ekki.
Notendur hafa leyfi til að nýta sér vefkerfi Fjölskyldulands og/eða vefkerfi námskeiðahalds og þá þjónustu sem þar er í boði í samræmi við skilmála þessa. Notendur fá aðgang að því efni á sem til boða stendur á hverjum tíma og ekki er háð höfundarréttarvernd af hvers konar tagi. Notendur öðlast ekki eignarrétt af nokkru tagi, beinan eða óbeinan, yfir því efni sem finna má á vefsíðunni eða á námskeiðavefsíðum heldur er eingöngu um um afnotarétt á viðkomandi efni að ræða. Umfang þessa afnotaréttar fer eftir skilmálum þessum.
Gögn og upplýsingar á vefsvæðum eru eign Fjölskyldulands nema annað sé tekið fram í almennum notendaskilmálum á hverjum tíma. Réttur til notkunar gagna og upplýsinga sem fengnar eru á námskeiðum takmarkast af ákvæðum viðkomandi samnings, notendaskilmálum vefsíðunnar, lögum og stjórnvaldsfyrirmælum. Réttur notenda til notkunar gagna og upplýsinga fellur niður um leið og námskeiði lýkur eða skilgreindur notendaréttur fellur úr gildi.
Notendum er óheimilt að nota gögn og upplýsingar á til hvers konar útgáfu eða endurmiðlunar. Notendum er þó heimilt að prenta út gögn og upplýsingar til hefðbundinnar notkunar á slíkum gögnum og upplýsingum.
Notendum er óheimilt að að breyta eða afbaka þær upplýsingar sem finna má á vefsvæðum námskeiða og/eða að dreifa þeim í breyttri mynd. Notendum er óheimilt að nota efni vefsvæða námskeiða með nokkrum þeim hætti sem falið getur í sér skerðingu á heiðri eða sérkenni höfunda efnisins eða Fjölskyldulands. Notkun vefkerfa má ekki undir nokkrum kringumstæðum vera skaðleg rekstri Fjölskyldulands.
Á vefsíðunni og innan vefkerfisins kunna að vera tenglar á aðra vefi sem tengjast virkni kerfisins á einhvern hátt og námskeið kunna að vera haldin á öðrum vefsvæðum en betareynis.is. Féjölskylduland rekur etv. ekki þær vefsíður né kann að ráða yfir efni þeirra. Félagið ábyrgist því ekki á neinn hátt þær upplýsingar eða það efni sem finna má á þessum vefsíðum, frammistöðu þeirra eða afköst eða nokkuð tjón sem þáttakendur eða aðrir kunna að verða fyrir vegna notkunar þeirra.
Fyrir aðra notkun á vefkerfum en þá sem heimiluð er í skilmálum þessum þarf sérstakt, skriflegt leyfi Fjölskyldulands, eiganda höfundaréttar og eftir atvikum annarra sem kunna að eiga höfundarétt að efni vefsvæða að hluta til eða í heild.
Fjölskylduland ábyrgist ekki að vefkerfið eða vefir sem það vísar til s.s með tenglum, séu algjörlega lausir við tölvuvírusa eða annað sem reynst getur skaðlegt tölvum eða hugbúnaði. Notandi ber sjálfur ábyrgð á að fyrirbyggja mögulegt tap sem hlotist getur af slíku með nauðsynlegum vörnum t.d vírusvarnarforritum.
Gjaldskrá er að finna á vef Fjölskyldulands og/eða verð aðgangskorta. Verð námskeiða er að finna við skráningu á námskeið.
Námskeiðagjald og aðgangskort eru innheimt við skráningur eða í byrjun hvers greiðslutímabils með sjálfvirkri skuldfærslu af kreditkorti eða af bankareikningi. Gjaldið er innheimt, óháð mætingu.
Sé skuldfært og takist skuldfærslan fyrir gjaldinu ekki um mánaðarmót, berst tölvupóstur til viðskiptavinar til áminningar. Aðgangur og/eða námskeið eru engu að síður virk og opin.
Fjölskylduland áskilur sér rétt til verðbreytinga, verð aðgangskorta er endurskoðað árlega.
Samningum og greiðslum fyrir aðgangskort í Fjölskylduland og fyrir þátttöku á námskeið er ekki hægt að segja upp og endurgreiðslur eru ekki mögulegar.

When the name Fjolskylduland appears in these Terms and Conditions, it refers to the operator, Hreyfiland ehf.
All content on the website is protected by copyright and is owned by Fjolskylduland or, as the case may be, protected by exclusive rights to the extent that it is not exempted from such protection by law. Users of the web system are absolutely not permitted to change, publish, reuse, copy, publish, sell or grant access to the content that can be found on the website or exploit it in any other similar way.
Content on the website includes plans, videos, files, tables, forms, databases and anything else that can be found on the website cf. i.a. Article 50 Copyright Act no. 73/1973.

Fjolskylduland is under no circumstances responsible for any loss or damage attributable to the user’s reliance on information obtained from this website. It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information available on the website. Fjolskylduland presents information as it appears at any given time.
Fjolskylduland specifically disclaims all liability (whether in contract or otherwise, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in any way related to the use of the website. In no case is the company responsible for damages that can be attributed to the fact that the website cannot be used, for a shorter or longer period of time.
The company is not responsible for disruptions that may occur to the functionality of the website due to uncontrollable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, wars or strikes.
A participant in a course and/or playground attends and uses the service at his own risk. By agreeing to these terms, the participant declares that it is safe for him and his child/children to engage in health related activity and that there is no particular health risk for them or children in their care. The participant uses the information at his own risk and disclaims Fjölskylduland from all responsibility for possible injuries, illnesses or accidents that may occur.
It is the sole responsibility of the participants/parents/caregivers of the children to take responsibility for the children on their behalf at Fjolskylduland’s playground facilities. Fjolskylduland does not, under any circumstances, provide a guardian or a caretaker for a child/children. Fjolskylduland’s staff are only in the area to guide the registered participants around the area, not their children or children under their care. Children may not under any circumstances be left alone in Fjolskylduland, supervisors and parents must be with them at all times and watch the children the entire time they are present in Fjolskylduland.
On the website and within the web system there may be links to other websites that are related to the functionality of the system in some way, and courses may be held on other websites than fjolskylduland.is. Fjolskylduland does not control those websites or their content. Fjolskylduland therefore does not guarantee in any way the information or content that can be found on these websites, their performance or performance or any damage that participants or others may suffer as a result of their use.
Fjolskylduland does not guarantee that the web system or websites it refers to, for example with links, are completely free of computer viruses or other things that can prove to be harmful to computers or software. The user himself is responsible for preventing possible losses that may result from such with the necessary protection, e.g. anti-virus programs.
Fjolskylduland reserves the right to revise and change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. The revised terms and conditions will appear on the website and the user should review them regularly. Use of the website is equivalent to acceptance of the terms in force at any given time.
If Fjolskylduland has a reasoned suspicion that a user has violated these terms and conditions, Fjolskylduland reserves the right to take the measures permitted by law, rules and terms, including temporarily blocking access to a specific email address and/or user to the website, without notice or indefinite.
According to these terms and conditions, users must identify themselves with an access card or email address and password, which have been assigned to them or chosen by themselves, when logging into the course system or when purchasing an access card to Fjolskylduland.
Access to areas of the website that may be password protected is only permitted to those who have been assigned a password to access the relevant website, the same applies to all use of the access. Each user’s access is personal and users are absolutely not allowed to provide access to other parties or give others any kind of authority to use their access and the data and information contained therein in any way. If users violate this ban, Familyland will warn the user and block their access, depending on the circumstances of the previous warning, without affecting the user’s obligation to pay for their access.
The user is fully responsible for all the actions carried out with his access card or access and password, whether they are carried out by himself or others and whether it is with his permission or not.
Users are allowed to make use of this website and/or the web-based course management system and the services offered there in accordance with these terms.
Users get access to the content that is available at any given time and is not subject to copyright protection of any kind.
Users do not acquire ownership rights of any kind, direct or indirect, over the content that can be found on the website or on course websites, but only the right to use the relevant content. The extent of this right of use depends on these terms.
Data and information on websites are the property of Fjolskylduland, unless otherwise stated in the general terms of use at any time. The right to use data and information obtained during courses is limited by the provisions of the respective agreement, the user terms of the website, laws and government orders. The user’s right to use data and information expires as soon as the course ends or the defined user right expires.
Users are not permitted to use data and information for any kind of publication or re-distribution. However, users are permitted to print out data and information for the traditional use of such data and information.
Users are not allowed to change or distort the information that can be found on the course websites and/or to distribute it in a modified form. Users are not permitted to use the content of the course sites in any way that may involve a reduction in the credit or identity of the authors of the content or Fjolskylduland. The use of web systems must not, under any circumstances, be harmful to the operation of Fjolskylduland.
For other uses of web systems than those authorized in these terms, a separate, written permission is required from Fjolskylduland, the owner of the copyright and, as the case may be, others who may own the copyright to the content of the websites in part or in whole.
The price list can be found on Fjoskylduland’s website and/or the price of admission cards. Course prices can be found when registering for a course.
The course fee and access card are charged upon registration or at the beginning of each payment period by automatic debit from a credit card or bank account. The fee is charged regardless of attendance.
If debited and the debit for the fee is not successful by the end of the month, an e-mail will be sent to the customer as a reminder. Access and/or courses are nevertheless active and open.
Fjolskylduland reserves the right to price changes, the price of access cards is reviewed annually.
Agreements and payments for access cards to Fjolskylduland and for participation in courses cannot be canceled and refunds are not possible.
